Due to variations in monitor settings, we highly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full rolls. Samples allow you to see the true color, texture, and finish in your specific lighting conditions.

What is the standard shipping time for fabric and wallpaper orders?

Most in-stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days. Custom orders or designer collections may take longer depending on manufacturer availability. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you accept returns on cut fabrics or open wallpaper rolls?

Because fabric is cut to your specific yardage and wallpaper is often sold by the bolt, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective. We encourage ordering samples to ensure satisfaction before placing a final order.

How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need for my project?

We recommend measuring the height and width of your walls and using our online calculator. Always account for the 'pattern repeat' distance and consider purchasing an extra roll to ensure you have enough from the same dye lot.

What are dye lots and why do they matter?

Dye lots are batches of wallpaper or fabric printed at the same time. Colors can vary slightly between different batches. To ensure a perfect match, it is best to order all the material you need at once so it comes from the same dye lot.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an item has been cut or shipped, it cannot be modified.
