At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor project. If your selection is not the perfect fit, we accept returns on unopened rolls and uncut fabric bolts within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and is not a custom-cut fabric or a clearance item, as these are final sale.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them via a trackable carrier of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
